I began my career in administrative support and volunteered for every writing opportunity available, even when it meant extra hours because I knew writing was the direction I wanted to grow. Over time, I built that experience into a technical writing career centered on clarity, structure, and accuracy.

Today, I work with teams in utilities, engineering, insurance, and IT to organize fragmented information and deliver documentation that supports training, compliance, and day-to-day operations.
